Grease 10" pie pan. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, and onion in pie plate. Blend remaining ingredients in blender at high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into pie plate. Bake at 400* until golden brown and knife in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Let stand 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
